Keto Bread

Put egg(s) in the measuring cup first, and then add milk to the required weight or volume.
Refrigerated eggs canbe used directly.
2 Shredded Unsalted Butter
(Not melted or mashed)
(¼ cup)
(a) Use the largest holes on a cheese grater to grate the solid butter.
(b) Please measure butter by weight instead of by cups.
3 Salt ½ tsp

4 Coconut Flour 53g
(½ cup)
Well mix the xanthan gum and the baking powderwith the flour ingredients.
5 Almond Flour 200g
(1 ¾ cup)
6 Xanthan Gum 1 tsp
7 Baking Powder 4 ½ tsp

1. For the KETO menu, Loaf Size is set to be 1.5LB, and Crust Color is set to be MEDIUM. They don't need to be changed, due to the characteristics of the ingredients for Keto bread.

2. Keto Bread is not sensitive to temperature. Refrigerated eggs can be used directly. To cope with egg size variations, put eggs in the measuring cup first, and then add water to the required weight or volume.

3. Delay Timer is NOT available for this menu to avoid eggs being spoiled.

4. It's recommended to measure yeast by teaspoons and confirm by grams; measure flour by grams instead of by cups. If measure flour by cups, please observe these FIVE precautions: (a) Use US Standard measuring cup or the provided cup (b) Don't use cup to scoop flour (c) Don't fill cup from flour sack (d) Use a big spoon to loosen flour well, scoop flour, then loosely fill the cup (e) Level off flour at the cup top using a dinner knife.

5. Always use oven mittens when removing the bread pan from the machine or removing the bread from the pan. Please take out the bread pan right after the baking is done, and then wait for 1-2 minutes to remove the bread from the pan.

6. Bread is very sensitive to environment (temperature, humidity, altitude, etc.) and ingredients (especially the yeast). If you encounter any problems, please contact KitchenArm customer service. Rest assured, you WILL soon get the perfect loaf.
